1.PURPOSE:
To establish a procedure for Manufacturing Process Design and to ensure that the new product development is carried out in line with customer requirements, reducing the lead time of the development continually & communication of product related requirements to all the concerns within the company.
2.SCOPE:
This Procedure Applicable for New Developments, ECN, PCN, Plant Relocation and Plant Layout Changed, till the SOP startup at customer end.
3.RESPONSIBILTY:
Head (NPD) is overall responsible for implementation of the requirements given in this Procedure & follow APQP Matrix For CFT Members.
